Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale
Payment Terms: Payment is done in the checkout, where you will have the options of paying with a visa or mastercard, vipps or Klarna (Klarna is pending approval)
Delivery Terms: The goods will be delivered by post, and prices for shipping is calculated once placed in the checkout. Domestic shipping is around 3-7 working days, and international shipping is around 2 weeks. For items that are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, the estimated delivery time is 1 week from the date of purchase.For items that are not in stock, please refer to the estimated delivery time specified during the order process, which typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks.
Product or Service Specifications: The products sold are handmade ceramic objects, and are all unique and handmade. Some are made in series that are similar in their appreance, while others are one-off sculptural pieces.
Pricing: Prices can be found easily on the shop page, and are all included vat tax and/or artist tax (kunstavgift).
Warranties and Guarantees: All functional ceramic objects can be used in the dishwasher. If they break from an accident, there are no refunds. If they break in shipping, a full refund will take place.
Returns and Refunds: You can return the item up to 14 days after purchase, with no cause and a full refund will occur. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Liabilities and Indemnities: All ceramics are breakable pieces, so it is important to take good care of the items.
Governing Law: Norwegian law governs the terms and conditions of the sale and will be used to resolve any disputes or disagreements that may arise.
Termination Clause:Clear identification of acceptable reasons for termination, including product defects, non-delivery, or dissatisfaction with the product in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws.
